Do you wear a head covering? I did way back when and was prompted to do so again while attending Mother Angelica’s funeral.
I find it a bit spiritually amusing that I replied to someone else’s blog post about women covering their heads in Church since I only recently have taken up the custom again. The first time I wore a head covering since the 1960s, with the exception of my wedding day and visiting the churches in Rome, was at Mother Angelica’s Mass of the Resurrection.
Apparently the topic of head coverings and veils struck a nerve because this blog received a huge response and lots of commentary.
